Repairs and Restoration
At Courtney and Walker we do everything from a small 'while-you-wait' repair such as replacing a string to a full restoration. If you do need a while-you wait service, please let us know in advance.
We have a fully equipped workshop with experienced technicians. We specialise in string repairs (violin, viola, cello and double bass), woodwind repairs (clarinet, flute, saxophone and oboe), and most types of guitar. If you need another type of repair which we don't do, for example digital piano, we can usually put you in touch with someone or another company that can help you.
All our repairs are of a very high standard and are guaranteed for a minimum of one year.
Pricing for small repairs can often be done over the phone. For full restorations, overhauls and more extensive repairs we need to see the instrument first. After quoting, there is no commitment on you to have the work done and our quote and any advice is totally free.
